Ingewikkeld is a company of experts for building web applications. Our language of choice is PHP, although we regularly play with other languages and tools.
With Ingewikkeld, you hire experts that are an active and integral parts of the global PHP community, either by maintaining open source projects, by speaking at conferences worldwide or by organizing their own conferences.
Every single expert from Ingewikkeld has one goal:
Problems need to be solved.
We pride ourselves in always aiming to make ourselves redundant as soon as possible. We try to find the right balance between high quality solutions and pragmatism, and aim to document our choices because we realize that our time at our clients is always limited, and future developers need to be able to understand what we've done.
If your team is stuck on technical or architectural questions, we'll happily help by analyzing the problem and giving advice on how to best continue. Knowledge sharing is important to us, we like to help your team grow.
We use a wide variety of tools to solve problems. With the projects we've worked on, we've built on frameworks such as: every version of Symfony, Zend Framework, Laravel and Silex; just to name a few.
We have also worked with many tools and services that are not written in PHP, to name a few: Memcache, Varnish, Redis and more. When it is convenient, we also use Bolt, Vagrant, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher or anything else needed to effectively solve a need.
While working with so many tools, some have our preference. We love Symfony. That does not mean it is the only framework we work with, but we really like working with Symfony.
And the Ingewikkeld experts are not just about software development. They also do consulting, devops, training and audits when required. And they are pro-active: If they see something needs to happen, they'll take the initiative and make it happen.
